PRIVACY, PLAINLY
Leave less behind.
Know what remains.
Privacy should be understandable. Here is how to read the current logging, diagnostics and retention information.

Anonymous access is part of the design
JungleVPN is designed around a supercode and one device. Personal details are optional in the product’s customer flow. That does not mean every operational record disappears: access expiry, single use, payments and one-device enforcement need appropriate records and controls.
The five-minute record is not every record
Our intended policy keeps a temporary supercode verification log for up to five minutes. Live retention and deletion across the complete service still need verification. Payment reconciliation and entitlement records are separate from a temporary setup record.
Application and operating-system diagnostics
Apps and their underlying VPN components can produce connection diagnostics. Android development diagnostics have included handshake and aggregate traffic information; Windows can keep local diagnostic records. This page does not claim that every component keeps no log files.
Upstream and hosting systems matter too
A complete privacy assessment must cover the app, activation service, hosting, reverse proxies and upstream network provider. A protocol name or a white-label arrangement is not evidence that every one of those systems has the same retention controls.
What a VPN cannot promise
A VPN can change the network path for covered traffic. It does not remove account logins, cookies, browser fingerprints, malware or permissions you have granted to a website or app. Read our guide to VPN privacy limits for the practical differences.
Website enquiries and activation
Access enquiries are handled by email. This website does not collect payment details or issue or redeem activation codes. Include only the information needed for your enquiry; do not email passwords, private configuration files or recovery secrets.
This page records the current privacy position, updated 27 October 2026. It does not claim an independently audited production no-logs service.
