Where do I enter my supercode?
Enter your 15-character supercode directly in the JungleVPN app. This website does not issue or redeem access codes. Contact our team if you need help arranging access.
What if my code has expired?
A supercode must be redeemed within five minutes of issue. Used or expired codes cannot be reused. Check the issuing flow rather than repeatedly entering the same expired code.
Why is the location list empty?
Check the underlying internet connection and retry the app’s location fetch. A list-loading failure does not prove that saved access has been lost. Avoid clearing an entitlement just to refresh locations.
The app says connected. Is that enough?
Read the app’s current connection and verification state. A button colour alone does not establish the route, DNS, interruption or privacy behaviour. Follow our troubleshooting guide when the state is unclear.
Can I send diagnostics?
Keep the app version, device type, error text and time of the problem. Never include a supercode, bearer token, private key, complete profile, browsing history or unredacted personal details in a public report.
Connection not behaving?
Start with a safe checklist: Wi-Fi or mobile internet, venue sign-in, app version, account or profile and the actual connection view.
