Access requests and availability

Contact the JungleVPN team to arrange access and confirm release availability. Online payment and immediate delivery are not available through this website at present. An email request is an enquiry, not a completed purchase or activated subscription.

Pass prices and duration

The displayed monthly pass costs €3 and covers exactly 31 days from activation. The displayed annual pass costs €25 and covers one calendar year under the existing expiry rules. Each pass is for one device. There is no trial or automatic renewal.

Supercode timing and use

The five-minute redemption window begins when a code is issued after the readiness confirmation. It does not begin when a page opens or when an invoice is created. A code is single use and binds access to one installation. Used or expired codes cannot be reused.

Be ready before issue

Obtain the appropriate release and read its setup instructions before requesting an access code. Check the version, supported device and signing information attached to the package you receive.

After activation

The pass condition is no refunds after activation, except where required by applicable law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or introduce a new refund guarantee.

Permitted use

Use software only on devices and networks where you are authorised to use it. A VPN location or a streaming label does not confer content rights or guarantee access to a third-party service. Follow that service’s applicable rules.
